History
The CEMDAS
was established in April 1995 by the consolidation of two existing
research centers:
the Center for Advanced Electron Devices and Systems at the University
of Texas at Arlington
the Electronic Devices and Materials Group at Texas A&M University.
The consolidation has helped combine the advantages
of a large metropolitan university located in the heart of Dallas-Fort
Worth metroplex with a nationally ranked major research university located
at College Station, TX.
Dr. R. K. Pandey --
